Suggestion for a Cleaner Saint Augustine

I would like to go on record to suggest that we
start a rule that people with pets should use "pooper scoopers" when
they walk their pets.
Understand that in Central
Park, New York, there's a $1000. fine
for anyone caught. There are people on the watch so they can collect the
$1000.
What I noticed was some cat has
been using our yard under the fig tree lately. But I put a plastic bag
there and he/she hasn't visited lately.
Also on the sea wall someone
let their dog poop....
Maybe
if we as a group would vote on a possible ordinance...it could go to the city
for further action.
